    Default Questions About Elite Membership

    Hello you ClickNewzers,

Question for ya... Wondering if you can help me solve this problem.

I make stuff for webmasters, and sometimes wish to get feedback and suggestions about my software/services from webmasters, so I can try to understand the market better.

If I seek this feedback in most webmaster forums, I have to describe the thing I hope to receive feedback on, and that description is understandably then seen as spam. Even if I want to give something away with no strings attached whatsoever, it's still seen as spam. As you know, most forums are bombarded with automated and manual spam, which has changed the forum social environment considerably over the years.

Would the Elite Membership be a solution for me?

I have an emerging webmaster services project that I want feedback on (especially from Lynn), and I need a place where I can discuss the project freely and without reservation and concern about the spam issue.

Should I try the Elite membership, or keep looking?

    Thanks!

    Phil

You should try Elite membership you can get(depending on personal preference)either Forum help inside the private Elite Forum or since there are weekly webinar's you can chat about any problems or take the mic and verbally explain your problem. There is no long term commitment.

I have benefited from brainstorming sites and projects in the Elite Forum. We are a very special group and I think you would find us very helpful. I'm not sure why your comments are considered spam elsewhere. We typically make our sites or projects available for review to those who are qualified and willing to offer critiques. Hope that helps.

    Thanks for your encouragement guys.

I realized I should also make clear that the project I'm seeking feedback on is a webmaster membership site.

I'm a programmer, so the membership site is a collection of webmaster related software. It doesn't contain business advice, other than tutorials on how to use the tools, and very basic information designed for new webmasters, ie. stuff you guys would already know.

Point being, I don't feel my software based membership site competes with Lynn's Elite Club, which I understand to be focused on business advice. I see my site and Lynn's as being complementary.

If I'm wrong about this, somebody please let me know. I haven't been a member of the Elite Club, so my understanding of it's focus could be flawed.

I'm hoping some members will have the time to review my offerings and tell me...

    1) Why they found it appealing enough to join, or...

    2) Why they felt it doesn't meet their needs, or...

    3) What I might add to make the membership more appealing.

Unless somebody tells me I'm on the wrong track, I'll join in a few weeks when I have enough of the site finished to make it worth reviewing.

    Thanks again,

    Phil

    Hi Phil,

If you're offering other Elite Members an opportunity to preview the site at no charge, for the purpose of getting honest feedback, then we're on the same page. We do a lot of "community feedback" type reviews both in the forum, and during our 5 live calls each month. I look forward to seeing you "on the inside" and learning more!

Yes, that's it. Elite members can review my site at no charge, and use the site at no charge as well, should that interest them.

I want your brains, not your money. Like I said, I can't really gather this kind of feedback in most webmaster forums. I'm particularly interested in your advice regarding marketing, which we code nerds can surely use help with.

Ok, great. I'll join shortly so I can learn my way around, and ask for a review when the site is ready enough to merit your time. Thanks again Lynn.
