Default Keeping Clients In The Loop

    Hey there,

Does anyone use or can anyone recommend a program that can manage projects / tasks and provide an online site so that clients can see the progress of that project / task?

    Thanks in advance.

I think with dropbox.com you can manage projects.

Evernote has a way to share notes. Maybe you could create a checklist in Evernote, then share it with your client. They can't edit it, but they'll be able to view it.

I've been testing a new tool called Action Method by Behance. You might look at it to see if it will do what you want. http://www.actionmethod.com/

Thank you - I already use Dropbox and although it's excellent with my staff, it won't work well with clients. I need something that they can access easily without having to install or download anything extra. But I do love Dropbox, thank you!

Thank you, this might be what I'm looking for. Thank you so much for taking the time to answer.

Try Project Bubble - simple to you and clients can see what tasks have been undertaken.

    Its fairly simple to use.

Upsides - projects and CRM are integrated, simple to use, time tracker included, has an invoice feature (though havent used this bit)
Downsides are - does not support recurring tasks (have to add them in again)

Dropbox is really a good choice. You will get secured online storage of your work data up to 2 GB free of cost.

    Thanks.

I've been looking for this too. I'm going to look into Action Method and Project Bubble. In regards to Dropbox (awesome) you can share your files as links without your client needing to install anything.

"Right click" on a file in your Dropbox folder --> Select Dropbox --> Get Link

This will take you to Dropbox where you can find a link that you may use to share the file. There is also an option to download that file for your client. The only issue that might arise is if you have a lot of clients or a ton of files you want them to see. Dropbox is not for file sharing, it's for file backup. So if you have a lot of traffic to those shared links Dropbox will suspend you temporarily and possibly look into it asking what you are sharing.

I read a review of a software that helps staffs manage tasks and will enable clients to see what they are working on. They can easily evaluate of their work has been effective and if they have spend time on their task efficiently.
