Using Magazine Images

I want to build a blog around commenting on magazine articles. Can I get away with posting an image from the magazine article (giving credit to the magazine just below the image and linking to the article) in my blog post? The blog post will be about that article.

To be safe, I would do a screen shot of the article that includes their image - just a corner of the article's web page, for example, and then give source credit and of course link back to the article you're referencing.
