Need someone to put my pages into footer

I need someone to move my page tabs to my footer. Disclosure, privacy,sitemap. The theme is twenty ten. My site is http://billiesfinds.com. Please let me know the cost.

Billie -- you might be better off installing a Twenty Ten child theme that includes footer widgets. That way when the main theme updates, you won't lose your customizations. You can then put a custom menu in the footer or use a text widget to build a horizontal menu with html. There are several of these child themes at WordPress.org.
