I have a client - a REaltor - who may accept a guest post. She blogs about all sort of stuff - decorating among them. She wouldn't need payment, but she's a bit picky sometimes. Why don't you send me an article and I'll run it past her. If she doesn't want to use it, you can use it for someone else.
