Hi Rob,

It would be good to know more about your objective with this site.

The site looks good but it's strange to me. I'm in Australia so I went there and it redirects me to some other store. I think it's weird to have a links page with links to web stuff and aweber when your tying to sell gifts. You may be on the right track but the site to me doesn't ffer enough value and is confusing.

It is quite confusing to me. The home page is not the main domain but rather about us. Then you also have an about the owner page. I would only have one, about us in place of about the owner and then have the domain just go to champion-gifts.com.

I wouldn't have a links page plus like Jedha mentioned, your links are not relevant (Aweber, GoDaddy, etc.)

When I choose USA, I only see advertising banners. Definitely need more content and gift images.

Rob -It sounds like you have many years of experience. But I am not sure what Champion Gifts does. Are you selling gifts or selling shipping services or both? What makes you better/different than other services? I would love to learn more. As someone who does a lot of writing as a way of teaching and communicating I have learned to ask myself if what I need to explain is on the page or still in my brain. We can't make assumptions about what people know about how we can help them.

I would suggest you make your ".com/about-us" page into your ".com/page". It looks like your current ".com" page is set up like a squeeze page. My biased opinion is that squeeze pages as the ".com" page only work for people who are famous to their target audience. Personally I want to know more first before i sign-in or sign-up.

Your sidebar sign-up can re-enforce how you can help people and what helpful tips they can learn when they are shipping internationally.

I guess I will be the bad cop in this situation. I'm not sure why the person posting the thread is named Rob, but the post starting the thread begins with "Hi Rob,...". Also, seeing as there hasn't been a response in weeks, I'm going to assume this was an attempt to get a link. I'm new here so I could be completely wrong, but this is just my humble opinion

If you do want honest feedback, I'd love to provide it. As other have pointed out, more information about the objective of the site would be extremely helpful.
