When you say "website rank" are you referring to how well the main page of your site ranks in Google, and if so - what is it you want it to rank for, which search queries?

You really want to market your site like Google doesn't even exist.

Search engine provides one value based on quality of website, visitors and quality of content, then the value is known as Website rank.

Post good quality, helpful, and informative content. Let your personality shine through - let your visitors know you are human.
Consistency. You must be consistent whether you post once a week, twice a week or more, you must do it every week. Depending on your niche, consider having an optin form on your site with a great free gift to entice them to join your list. List building will give you opportunity to get to know your visitors and offer them great advise (and ultimately sell to them).

All of this takes time but will work if you keep at it. Just remember not to chase the money.......you will fail.
