How can I build a list with Ebay buyers that do not sign up to my Ebay Store newsletter?

One way is to use the ebay about me page and offer somethnig in exchange for the email address or link them to a sale letter from there and have a note in the auction to go to your about me page for >>>> something cool<<<<
