Beautiful, Gina!
I know exactly what you mean.
I can't wait to see you tonightAnd we'll plan a time for a real pow-wow without the guys (to spare them the agony -lol) when we get together tonight. See you at 6!
I'm spinning my wheels. Not really making any progress at the moment.
I'm going through the motions. Making a little progress.
I'm totally rocking it! Having fun & making good money :-)

I chose 2, but I'm kind of in between 2&3.
My business has been stagnant income wise since I went full time. I've had some big ideas, but execution and buy in has been disappointing and I've made mistakes along the way.
However...I have been working on a project that I hope will bring it all together for me and I should be able to be happy enough with it by the first week of April to let the baby out there to see how it does in the world.
I feel like I've been retooling, redefining and rebooting my business repeatedly over the past two years, and I worry that it makes me look like a flake...but I think I've finally nailed it...
Crossing fingers and working hard...
I voted for option 2 although I feel that I moving a little beyond that. I am certainly making progress and definitely enjoying that sense of accomplishment. Traffic is increasing daily and I am getting a new email signup here and there.
The one thing I am not doing is converting the traffic into sales. And that is my goal - to work on figuring out that part.
I can say that I have made more progress since meeting Lynn than I ever did previously. And that's not sucking up - lol.
That's awesome Patrysha!
I can relate to the time spent on restructuring, and getting things right. But along the way you've also put it out there - you've tested, tweaked, and tested some more. That's the way to do it, and you've come a long way. I look forward to hearing how things go over the next few weeks as you get things in place!

Hey Omar,
The first question I would ask is: where is the traffic coming from? How targeted is the traffic to each page, to the offer on that specific page?
Start with targeting, and fine tune that first if necessary. Make sure you're targeting commercial keyword phrases or buyers - not information seekers.
We talked recently on ways to improve conversions on some of your pages. Are those pages getting enough targeted traffic to gauge true results yet?

Lynn is right, Mark. When people ask Lee Iacocca what he did first to turn Chrysler around (all those years ago) He said, FIRST? There was no first! We did everything at once! When you have a team you can get it done and avoid that problem of diminishing intent which has killed me when playing small.
Yes, excellent point, that's the big danger of all those activities, they are great tools for creating the illusion of working.
Like right here, right now, I'm having this illusion that I'm working! :-)
For many, just two things will cover an enormous amount of ground. Content and links. Get that right, and the rest of it will probably work out.
Great poll Lynn! Thanks! Just connecting and watching you is inspiring!
