Are you on a Mac or a PC? If a PC, just open the picture in Paint and resize it there. Then upload again.

If you're on a PC, Paint is already installed. You should find it under Programs or Programs > Accessories

I was unable upload a picture or avatar , i clicked on browse to bring up images from my computer but didnt get anything , Oh hi everyone I am Billy Combs
