A new Blog Community has just joined the Blogosphere, HighFivez.com:
The HighFivez Blog Community is completely free to use. You can set up a profile, add a photo, submit your blog(s) and even submit individual blog posts. You can then vote on or against blog posts that are listed there, and categorize or store information in a variety of ways.
I did a bit of searching around, but I havent yet figured out a way that you can add a link or hand-graphic to your blog so that people can vote on your posts directly from your blog (like digg and similar networks)... perhaps that feature isnt available yet.
Obviously the site is new, but this is yet another free blog link opportunity for you. Not to mention you can get internal links to individual posts. Since they appear to be cloaked by HighFivez (for tracking purposes, I assume), they may not count in your overal Link Reputation... but they are certainly good for attracting new readers to your blog who will link directly to you π
They rotate Featured HighFiverz on the individual pages. In fact, within minutes of signing up my own photo showed up on the main page in the featured spot! Check it out: HighFivez.com and be sure to add your blog(s)!

THanks for this review. I've checked had a account with them.. Nice service there π
This is great! I submitted my rock 'n roll blog just for fun and I'm already ranked #12 out of 53. Watch out, Lynn, I'm going to pass you by! π I submitted 2 posts and have gotten high-fived twice. I like the format and notice its obviously still in beta -- anxious to see how it develops.
Thanks for the post and comments. Yes Lynn, the hand graphic will be available in the near future. We definitely do not want to take away traffic from our fellow bloggers. That's why we include the direct links to your blog and posts. Feel free to email us any suggestions or bugs. We are not against our HighFiverz taking part in the growth and development of our community. We actually encourage this interaction.
Take Care and Keep Blogging.
