We had a bit of technical difficulty with the first Free Webinar offered through SSWT yesterday. All said and done, it went very well despite the issues and I was pleased with how it turned out.
Unfortunately, some of you were unable to attend due to an error with the system. In fact, my moderator wasnt even able to access the webinar, so we were without technical support and professional administration.
This left me to figure out how to record it on my own - and I did manage to at least catch the audio and the chat transcript (whew!)...
I put together a PDF File to accompany the Audio that includes the Chat Transcript along with resource links and screen shots throughout, to make up for not being able to view the visual presentation. I think it turned out quite well, and I have uploaded those files for Elite Members at the SSWT Forum.
Some of the topics we discussed include:
- How to promote Resale Rights products
- List-Building & Creating Successful Follow-up Sequences
- Selling Info Products Outside of the Internet Marketing Niche
- Building a Targeted, Responsive Mailing List
- 3 Social Q&A Sites You Can Use To Drive Traffic
- Creating A List of Buyers - Why & How
- What NOT to do when Selling Info-Products Online
- Mini-Lists (i.e. Niche Lists) versus Large Email Lists
- How To Build Loyal Readership with a Blog
- Blog Traffic & Blog Subscription Tips
- Social Networking & Social Bookmarking Strategies
Yes, we covered A LOT in one hour 😉
I even showed my own email capture & confirmation pages, and shared the first bonus I offered in a niche follow-up sequence as live examples. I think I can safely say that everyone who attended enjoyed it very much, got their questions answered, and grabbed up the bonuses & resources.
The zip file for the Replay Package is available for Elite Members. If you have not already signed up, now would be a great time! The price is going up later this month, but you can lock in your membership now for only $20. You'll get quite a few free downloads in addition to the webinar archives, so its a steal!
Hopefully we'll have the technical problem worked out by next week. If you arent signed up to get the log-in info and topic details, you can do that here:

Best,
Hi Lynn'
I just got a chance to listen to the seminar. It was very good, informative stuff. Sorry I missed it live. As you know, I was one of those who couldn't log in.
For your readers, try to get to this if you possibly can. You have a chance to ask Lynn questions and get the benefit of her years of experience in IM.
I also just joined her "Private Forum" for "Elite" members. My only regret about that is that I waited so long to do so. I feel like the membership gave me more value than the cost of a yearly membership - and you don't even have to do the full year to get all the benefits. It's great.
Duane
Thank you, Duane. I apologize again about the technical issues we had - I was looking forward to having you there!
We may just do the Open Discussion format again next week, as that went very well and it will give those that couldnt make this week's Webinar an opportunity to benefit from that.
This was my first time on your site. I followed links, downloaded programs, entered passwords and usernames all over this site and downloaded a program for the webinaire with more pass info. half an hour later I was facing a Pay Pal Page to leave a message and say thank you.
Anyway Nice site and thanks. I've read some great info and posts from the members on this site to read and look forward to more. I'm self taught and need more assistance on datafeeds and php.
Thank you, John - so glad you joined us. And thank you for the "tip" 😉
You may want to join the group at my discussion forum - we do have a section for programming talk, and at least one of our mods is very familiar with datafeeds.
Hi Lynn,
I'm new to your site and look forward to the webinars for my new internet marketing mgr. position. What is the schedule for 2008?
Thanks!
Pam
The first Webinar for the New Year will be on Tuesday, January 1st at Noon Est.
