What is BluWiki?
BluWiki is a site dedicated to helping you say something online. It uses wiki software to make it as easy as possible for anyone to put content on our site. This means Grandma can upload her cat photos, Dad can create an online book of recipies, and Mom can collaborate with co-workers. Yah, its cool - but don't take our word for it; create your own page and give BluWiki a spin. Oh, and it's completely free.
To give you an example of a "Wiki", take a look at Sam Odio's Wiki. Note that it has a toolbar PageRank of 5 and that he links out to his other websites. And from the "Popular Pages" directory on BluWiki you can see that Sam's page has had almost 10k views...
But a Wiki doesnt just have to be a personal homepage or a profile. Since other people can edit or add to your Wiki, it is great for a family page or group project - such as your class or office. They are free, and easy to create, making them a fun & cool option for just about anyone that gets online.
No HTML necessary 😉 . There's a tutorial on the BluWiki site...

I've become a big fan of wikis. I hadn't heard of Bluwiki, but the one I use, pbwiki.com, is similar. I have two that are used for collaborating on projects long distance. They are password protected and anyone who has the password can make changes. It's been a great asset to put all of the information in one central place instead of keeping up with emails or sending documents back and forth.
I am currently toying with this idea: Put up my book on a wiki. Have people contribute to it. Then monetize the site with ads.
