Hey Lynn,
I'm trying to help my wife get started online with some sort of business. She is very passionate about homeschooling our children and a few other things. I'm trying to find the right book to help her see that she can do this and help motivate her. She feels the internet is too saturated and that she wouldn't have a voice. I don't agree, but I think she needs to hear from someone else.
I'm having a hard time conveying to her the power of the internet and what it could do for her and our family. As a family we need to supplement our income with extra in order to stay afloat. I think she would be great at starting something online, but I haven't been able to help her see the possibilities of what she can do. I don't want her to have to find a job, so I would really like to help her clearly see what she could do online and give her that nudge she needs to see how it can help her and our family.
When I saw this post about Kathleen's book I started to wonder if this might be the right book for her. She knows very little about getting started online other than what I have told her. I would like to find the right book to help her get started and encourage her that if she could spend a couple hours a day working on this that it could be a total blessing to her and our family and help her continue to stay home and homeschool our kids.
So, I guess after all that I would like to know if you feel this would be the right book for her to start out with or if there are others that might fit the bill a little better? I am open to suggestions.

Absolutely Tyy. Kathleen is SO inspiring, and the book is such a fun read. I think your wife would really enjoy it! Once she reads the book, if she has ANY questions at all, just send her my way. She can connect with me on Facebook, or ask questions on specific posts here at ClickNewz, or whatever she's most comfortable with. The key is to not let her get "sucked in" and overwhelmed with IM information, but to grab on to an idea that excites her and follow through with it. Between Kathleen Gage and myself, she'd have a great starting point!! 😉 *cheers*

I'm glad you didn't say this was a magic wand that you can wave around and have a spell cast over your business. You used a keyword that many don't seem to understand, "build" which is exactly how it should be done. Lay a foundation and then build on that.
