Am I allowed to say that I DID notice several marketing "maneuvers" in this video? The very subtle but impacting "Flash" of the "Affiliate Check" (this shows that you must know something huh?).
Your ability to "buy stuff" that you get in the mail (this says, "hey look, I have the lifestyle that you want...read my blog and you'll learn how to").
My point is mainly to the new comers of Lynn Terry, which is to "Pay Attention" to what Lynn says and does, and you'll learn Big Time! (or am I just "over-thinking" too much?)
Gary Anderson II
aka- @GanderCo
P.S. Hey Lynn, Notice how much more "Focused" I am and not so "Looong Winded"? You are actually teaching "THIS ADHD saturated dude" how to "Focus" in spite of ADHD. Thanks!!
Hmm, interesting points Gary - not intentional messages, but I see what you mean. Just me as I am! But I must say... I do love my lifestyle as a work-at-home affiliate π
Lynn, I love your recent videos, and by the way clicknews is in my top three favorite IM blogs in the world π
WHY?
Because you speak the truth, from personal experience. That's key in a shady "gurus" world.
Thank you Raviaa!
It's a shame it's seen as a shady market, as far as the word "guru" and it's negative connotation in our industry. There are still a lot of great teachers in the market, and tons of great information around the web.
Lynn,
I just found your blog through Pat Flynn's blog. I've been blogging for about 3 months now and totally love it. However, I am also unemployed so I need to somehow start making money from this.
Anyway, I look forward to following your blog and hope you have a Safe and Happy Holiday Season.
Welcome to ClickNewz, Jason - and thank you!
If I can help you with the 'making money' part at all, just let me know. I have an active discussion forum where you can talk to others who are making money with their blogs, or post questions for me. I check in daily.

Wow - that canvas is really cool! When I was back home this summer, we had my whole family together and took color-coordinated t-shirt pics - got some great ones! There is one of all of us that would be absolutely amazing for that!
Ooooh - know what else would be super groovy for that? My 'My Very Own Mail' logo! That would be awesome!! π
Have a great trip! I'll be looking out for updates online! π
Thanks Lisa - we had an awesome trip π
I do love the canvas portraits - so cool, and such a great deal!
Funny, I never think that I have time to watch a video, let alone create one! WOW! What a cool idea, to include what you're going to do anyways, and do it front of the camera!
And to think, you got me, a total stranger, to sit through some of your family vacation photos - What a hoot! YOU ARE A MARKETING GENIUS - BRAVO!
I'm glad that someone emailed me that "List of 20" so I was able to learn something fun and new π
LOL Janet - thanks!
I do often try to include videos "as I go" - it's tough to find the time to do them otherwise. Luckily my daughter has been helping me out with that lately (finger in the lens and all -lol) so I'm able to do more fun, candid videos.
What is the "list of 20"?? I'd love to see it...
I love the canvass of your Australia trip and I glad to see your Realtor is on the ball and remembering you at Christmas! Those Christmas CDs are great!
Have a great Christmas break and enjoy the trip.
Thank you Ken! I really love the canvas too - can't wait to get it up on my Travel Wall. Hoping to work on that this weekend.
Lynn, you ought to have posted your Canvas People affiliate link in your show notes! I paid the mortgage with them this month- loving them!
I know what you need for Christmas- A LETTER OPENER! Watch your mail:)
Oh that would be fabulous, Ellen π
I did include the link below the video (see above). I was really impressed not only with the canvas I ordered - but also with how easy it was to order, and how quick it shipped. Awesome service!
Hi Lynn
Any reason for not using a tripod? And how much was that cheque for?!
I usually do use a mini-tripod, but I was in a hurry to make this video. We were actually walking out the door to catch a flight to Vegas -lol. So my daughter shot the video real quick and then I uploaded it and headed out. π
The check... I haven't even opened yet!
Just opened it: $361.13
Hii, nice video.. and nice canvas too..

Wishing you and your family a beautiful and holy Christmas Holiday and a Prosperous and fruitful New Year.. π

Nice video Lynn, thank you. Merry Christmas and may all your dreams come alive. Wishes to your family and all at home
Thousand thanks, Lynn

Thank you James π We had a fabulous holiday & trip, and I am super excited about the New Year. It's going to be a FUN week!
Love the canvas! Beautiful!
I get quite a few things in the mail for review so maybe I should start getting my feet wet with video by doing mail call videos. That way I can also do the reviews on video too. Gosh I wish I could get over my video fear ha ha
You'll be over it in no time after a few takes π I can't wait to see your videos in the New Year!
Loved your video, Lynn. Very natural, just as you speak on your weekly SSWT seminars. I teach Consumer Behavior (on line of course) and opinion leaders have an important role with consumers.
I think Gary Vaynerchuk's video blogs have started a new revolution in information sharing because we are pack people looking for our tribes.
Loved the canvas photo. My daughters and I went to the San Blas Island last year and I think I'll check out Canvas People.
Ciao, Sarah D
