Tickle Me Elmo is Back!

Researching "what's hot" this weekend, for the upcoming holiday season, I found that there is a brand new Tickle Me Elmo on the market. This Elmo is called 'TMX' - which stands for 'Tickle Me 10' or 'Tickle Me Extreme'...

Some claim that this is going to be The Hottest Toy of the Year like its predecessor, which was the 1996 must-have toy. You'll remember that people went to extreme lengths and paid outrageous prices for this toy that Christmas. The question is: Will Elmo TMX start a buying frenzy this holiday season?

Trends like this can line a lot of pockets in a few short months, so I did a bit of quick research on the new Elmo to see what I could find.

This Elmo TMX website has the most detailed information that I could find anywhere from spoilers to pictures to video. The author includes marketing details and inside information.

You cannot buy TMX Tickle Me Elmo directly from Amazon.com yet...

There is no sign of it on Yahoo! Buzz yet...

It seems the only place you can readily get this toy (at the moment) is eBay. And as usual (for Elmo, anyway) the prices are getting higher by the minute!
