Lenovo is currently doing a blog outreach program, and they are allowing each blogger involved to give away one of these super cool systems.
One of the features I didn't share in the video (oops!) is that there is an on-screen touch keyboard.
It stays over to the left at the very edge of the screen, and you simply tap it to bring it open. It also works with a stylus pen.
This system would be super cool with a swing arm mounted by a chaise lounge or big comfy chair & ottoman.
That way you could swing it out of the way, or in front of you at a comfortable level and tilt to work on it like a giant iPad. 😀

Just this morning I was using SENuke X on my 13" Macbook with Parallels, and I thought, 'What I really need in order to see these process maps is a Lenovo ThinkCentre M90z 23’’ HD-ready Touch Screen'. I work in a giant leather chair in my home office, and the ThinkCentre would just fit perfectly on one arm of that chair and let me Nuke tirelessly, plus analyze spreadsheets of SEO data, edit images, multitask with open windows, and more. Wow that looks like a really nice PC. I have been wanting to get an iPad but can't afford it right now. I think this would be even better since the screen is so much bigger. As a personal trainer and kettlebell coach I love the touchscreen for use on the fitness floor for clients to enter their workout results in the gym in realtime.

I've been wrestling with the idea of getting a new computer and asking myself the Mac vs. PC question. I think your demo of the ThinkCentre M90z will get me to investigate the Lenovo machines. I never thought of the "Big iPad" for my desktop.

My this is an answer to prayer. I had a bottle of frozen water and opened it next to my 'puter and it sprayed water into the air and even though I'm in Arizona and it's dry as dust I've lost my speakers, my touchpad and a few other goodies. 'Course I'll find about any excuse to go grab another computer. I have 8 but most make good doorstops at this point so hopefully this one will make to my doorstep soon.

I was just speaking to my mother yesterday about how I was going to be needing a new laptop soon - the one I currently have is about 5 years old and a client I have has is just about finished with some software he created and I'm going to be busier than ever! It has Windows 7 which makes it great in my estimate. Also it looks like an Ipad on a bodybuilding program.
The flexibility of touch screen-stylus-keyboard is great! I share my computer with my 2 home-schooled kids, the new technology would blow their minds. Especially my aspiring techno geek!

Lovely introduction to a contemporary computer. The sleek uncluttered design is very appealing. And the combination mouse/keyboard/touch screen capability adds multi-task functionality. This would be a great computer for those who like to stand while working.
This thing would be amazing as a live-in-the-living-room computer to let guests get online super fast and easy. The iPad's nice, but it's nothing compared to a real computer!

I love the idea of using the Lenovo ThinkCentre like a giant iPad (which I don't have)! I'm also intrigued by the non-US spelling of "centre" 🙂 The big laptop that I rely on for my business is a few years old now, so I would love the opportunity to win one of these - it looks like an awesome piece of kit.

Nice compact, powerful, an altogether different experience vs an everyday desktop, definitely the future though... ThinkCenre certainly isn't what I would (today) be look for when buying a desktop. However, I have no doubt the convenience once I started using the touch screen function would prevail as a game changer... It's quit possible this technology has matured considerably but I don't feel I would be ready to make the plunge just yet... However, if you would like to send one my way I'm sure I would make us of it - and who knows, lol...
What are your thoughts after using/playing around with it at home comfortable - and having it on your desk to use at your convenience?
I'd love the idea of having this huge thing in my classroom, instead of a usual desktop computer to teach my students.
I love all in one units and widescreens. Everything is so easily acessible too...

I am currently writing my master thesis on innovation regarding tablets, and I find the Lenovo interesting. Apple successfully launched the iPad as a link between a MacBook and iPhone. I believe the Lenovo brings some of the tablet innovation to the desktop computer. Personally, I love touchscreens and maybe it will bring some exercise to us geeks having to use our arms on the Lenovo 😉

As we say in Australia, this is ACE, GROUSE, fantabulous! We have been trying to find a touchscreen pc for some new technology we are trialling for some clients. This looks perfect for the job. We haven't found one yet that works the way we want it to.
BUT my big question is, how will the new nails cope with the screen?? The upside is, if I win this, I guess it will just mean I will have to go more often to get them done and kept short! Yeee haaa!!! More me time!
