This high paced day, filled with inspiration and information, is geared to advanced level bloggers who know there are things they could be doing better, faster, cheaper, and smarter.
I've mentioned these local blogging workshops before. They are hosted by Dan Morris, and he lives here in Middle TN too so I know him well. This will be my first time to attend Blogging Concentrated since he started the nationwide events - and I'm really looking forward to it. Dan is GREAT for brainstorming and really making you think, plus it will be super nice to meet some other local bloggers in the area!
What To Expect:
I talked to Dan earlier today about the topics for the Nashville event, and here's what's currently on the agenda:
- What do we do when we run out of time? A discussion on systems, leverage, help.
- How to be Awesome: where do you fit into the lives of your customers and how that knowledge leads to traffic sources, jv's and product creation flow.
- (When the attendees are new to blogging we talk about branding vs messaging as it pertains to getting sponsors). Otherwise the topic is risk assessment. Where does your business risk exist and what steps should we take to eliminate the risk.
- Marketing calendar: how to stand in front of your audience 24/7. A more purposeful approach to social media and promotion.
- Adsense management: Adsense is the optimization of people leaving your site. How to effectively optimize site income, not just adsense income.
- Youtube: The power of annotations as part of your sales funnel.
- Making offers. We spend a lot of time getting our audiences to our site. Don't let them walk away.
- The new SEO: schema, opengraph, rich snippets, dynamic content. . . Making the visitor feel "home" leads to tweets, pins, likes, shares. . . Google love.
