Keyword Research: How Many Searches Is Enough?

That is the title of my very first issue of Easy Niche Research, which is going out later this evening. It is one of the most common questions when it comes to researching keywords, and is the one thing that stumps most people who are researching potential niches for online business ventures.

Easy Niche Research is my own personal bonus to the Niche Blueprint package. It will be delivered by email, ONLY to my readers who own the Blueprint. You'll get free keyword lists, niche ideas and bite-size tips that will help you locate and capitalize on hot markets and long-term goldmines.

  1. Wow! What a "no-brainer." this is. My only decision now is three months or one year (money's tight right now).

    Duane
P.S. I wonder how many readers will understand what I mean, he he.

  2. Lynn, This sounds like a great deal. I am looking forward to it in the near future. Thanks for all your efforts.

  3. Obviously 12 months is the better deal πŸ˜‰ but to be honest, both are a 'steal'. The price is going up in September as those are introductory prices - and I'm going to be adding some highly valuable downloads on a weekly basis.

Those that are 'in' will be locked in at their rates πŸ™‚ . I'll be making a public announcement about it within the next few weeks.

  4. The issue went out at 3am to everyone that already has a subscription to the Easy Niche Research tips.

If you join later (anytime after this message was posted), you can expect to receive this same bonus issue within 48 hours - it's set up to deliver as a follow-up.

    Enjoy!

    What a thing Lynn!

Maybe this is the right time I start thinking of joining the Elite Membership club. You can see what I am missing on now...? πŸ™

Anyway, I will still go to the site ands see for myself. Thanks...

  6. We'd love to have you join us!

The Free Webinars start next week and those will be archived for Elite Members to access at no charge, as well.

Now is a good time to get locked in cheap πŸ˜‰

  7. ya thanks for the info on niche building resources. keyword research is important in picking up the right one for you. i will buy one in the future maybe from niche blueprint or nichebot or other products. try to gather info along my journey and hope will find the right one when i'm ready for that. but at the moment need to focus on other stuff.

  8. I just bought the little Keyword Research Tutorial to see if it could help me along a bit, as I'm getting nowhere fast. But, it talks mostly about movie niches and how to work them. They've nothing to do with my niche. I haven't found anything yet.

  9. Actually, it uses a specific niche as an *example* - its the method and the process that are the key.

  10. I've used the same method and process -- typing in the main niche, living abroad, then seeing what associated keywords it gives me, then adding some more subniches of my own, including Long Tail keywords ... Nothing yet.

  11. I see that there are not many searches for "living abroad" and "cultural travel". It is a very small micro-targeted niche - something to focus maybe one page or section on, not an entire site.

  12. Hello Lynn,

i got back to this post of yours, because i would have a question about the topic "Keywords Research".

For my newest blog, i choosed carefully a set of 10 keywords (phrases /w 2-words) and i worked hard to build 10 posts on those topics (in my italian language).

Well, after a month of publishing of those articles, no traffic so far on those pages... i am wondering what's the key to get the traffic i am hoping to.... i thought that publishing articles with a good SEO structure for my blog would be enough (and obviously marketing it a bit), but no traffic from SE is coming....

    What is your opinion?

    Thanks πŸ™‚

  13. First, how new is your blog? Is it already indexed in the major search engines - specifically Google?

Make sure you have some good incoming links to your blog too. You might add it to StumbleUpon, your MySpace profile, or any blog directories that allow free submissions.

The more social networking you do, the more links you will get pointing in, which will help get those new posts indexed and then ranking. It usually just takes a little time.

    Hello Lynn, you wrote:

    1) First, how new is your blog?
My blog has been launched on january 2008, but my domain is online since 2002. I had previous content, that i re-used for earliest blog posts.
Also, my website is already indexed in the SE (Google also) since i use a sitemap.xml

    2) Make sure you have some good incoming links to your blog too.
I have about 800 links coming to my website, according to a backlink tool software.
I submitted my blog to many free directories, i am just working to get indexed in ODP (no luck so far).

    3) The more social networking you do [..]
I am doing it... my blog is climbing Alexa rank with satisfaction (i started with 5millions and now i am 500.000) and also page visits are growing...

The problem is the keyword rank for single posts: i have tried to optimize posts with keywords density, ect ect but i got no clue why those post are not ranked...

What can i do next to improve single posts ranking?

  15. With a major site change recently, its possible your domain is back in "the sandbox" with Google - but that's something you'll have to research a bit (just Google "google sandbox").

But outside of that theory, I would continue to get inbound links to your individual blog post pages, and just keep adding fresh unique content - after 6-12 months of solid blogging you will enjoy more immediate rankings.

  16. Thanks for the info Lynn - its awesome ...

    Jane
